Fully Guided Nocturnal Walk

As the sun sets each evening, Warrawong comes alive.  Join a guide on a 90 minute tour that will enthrall you.  This is the only place on mainland South Australia to see the elusive platypus that thrive in our waterways as well as the ideal time to see them, as they feed at dusk.  Let our rufous bettongs, woylies, bandicoots, potoroos and many more put on a night show especially for you!

This tour is suited to older children and adults.  Solid walking shoes required.

Enjoy an evening meal before your walk (summer months) or after your walk (winter months).

Fully Guided Family Feed Walk

Each evening, about an hour before sunset, our guides set out to feed the animals as they wake up, having slept the whole day.  Join the guide and see the sanctuary come alive.  This walk lasts 60 minutes and is perfect for younger children.  Strollers welcome on this walk.   Bookings essential.  Combine this experience with a meal in our Family Friendly Cafe!
