Warrawong Offers

  • A fully equipped Conference Room overlooking natural bushland with capacity for up to 28 people Boardroom style and 40 people Theatre style.
  • Half day or full day Conference Packages including lunch options
  • Menu ions and options to cater to specific needs
  • An outdoor decking area adjacent to the conference room providing a relaxed area to enjoy conference breaks with stunning views over the sanctuary.
  • Optional guided dusk tours of the sanctuary.
  • Overnight accommodation in our unique eco-cabins.

Conference Details and Charges

Full Day Package (8.30am &ndash 5.00pm) OPTION 1

Includes:

  • Ample free and easy parking
  • Self-serve tea and coffee on arrival and available throughout the day
  • Morning and afternoon teas &ndash homemade cookies, muffins or scones with jam and cream
  • Working lunch &ndash baguettes and fresh fruit (summer) OR homemade soup and warm dessert (winter). Jugs of juice are also served with lunch
  • Conference room hire, facilities and equipment
    (if less than 6 delegates, a venue hire surcharge of $100.00 will apply)

Cost: $75.00 per person


Half Day Package (9.00am &ndash 1.00pm or 1.00pm &ndash 5.00pm) OPTION 2

Includes:

  • Morning or Afternoon Tea &ndash as above
  • Working Lunch &ndash as above
  • Conference room hire, facilities and equipment
    (if less than 6 delegates a venue hire surcharge of $100.00 will apply)

Cost: $59.00 per person

Full Day Package with Restaurant Lunch (8.30am - 5.00pm) OPTION 3

Includes:

  • Morning and Afternoon Tea - as above
  • Lunch in Restaurant ( off menu)
  • Conference room hire, facilities and equipment
    (if less than 6 delegates a venue hire surcharge of $100.00 will apply)
Cost: $89.00 per person

Half Day with Restaurant Lunch (9.00am -1.00pm or 1.00pm - 5.00pm) OPTION 4
