- Extensive menu selections and options with a native Australian influence.
- Our highly acclaimed restaurant with espresso coffee and bar facilities - ideal for corporate dinners or presentations, seating up to 80.
- An outdoor decking area adjacent to the conference room - provides a;
- relaxed area to enjoy conference breaks with stunning views over the
sanctuary.
- Optional guided dusk tours of the sanctuary.

Conference Details and Charges
Full Day Conference Package (8.30am – 5.00pm)
Includes:
- Ample free and easy parking;
- Self-serve tea and coffee on arrival and available throughout the day;
- Morning and afternoon teas – select from homemade scones with jam and fresh cream, muffins, homestyle cookies or Danish pastries;
- Working lunch – chef’s selection of cold meats, salads, antipasto, cheeses, breads, dips and fresh fruit, presented buffet style. Jugs of juice are also served with lunch;
- Conference room hire, facilities and equipment (if less than 12 delegates, a venue hire surcharge of $150.00 will apply).
Cost: Full Day Package: $65.00 per person
Half Day Conference Package (9.00am – 1.30pm or 12.30pm – 5.00pm)
Includes:
- Morning or Afternoon Tea – selections as above;
- Working Lunch – Chef’s buffet selection as outlined above;
- Conference room hire, facilities and equipment
(if less than 12 delegates a venue hire surcharge will apply).
Cost: Half Day Package: $50.00 per person
