Warrawong Offers

  • A fully equipped Conference/Function Room overlooking natural bushland with capacity for up to 28 people Boardroom style and 40 people Theatre style.
  • Extensive menu selections and options with a native Australian influence.
  • Our highly acclaimed restaurant with espresso coffee and bar facilities - ideal for corporate dinners or presentations, seating up to 80.
  • An outdoor decking area adjacent to the conference room - provides a;
  • relaxed area to enjoy conference breaks with stunning views over the sanctuary.
  • Optional guided dusk tours of the sanctuary.

  • Electronic whiteboard and printer
  • Overhead projector
  • Data projector and screen
  • 55cm Television, DVD player & video
  • CD/tape player
  • Flip charts and markers
  • Note pads, pens, spring water, tea and coffee and mints




Conference Details and Charges

Full Day Conference Package (8.30am – 5.00pm)

Includes:

  • Ample free and easy parking;
  • Self-serve tea and coffee on arrival and available throughout the day;
  • Morning and afternoon teas – select from homemade scones with jam and fresh cream, muffins, homestyle cookies or Danish pastries;
  • Working lunch – chef’s selection of cold meats, salads, antipasto, cheeses, breads, dips and fresh fruit, presented buffet style. Jugs of juice are also served with lunch;
  • Conference room hire, facilities and equipment (if less than 12 delegates, a venue hire surcharge of $150.00 will apply).

Cost: Full Day Package: $65.00 per person


Half Day Conference Package (9.00am – 1.30pm or 12.30pm – 5.00pm)

Includes:

  • Morning or Afternoon Tea – selections as above;
  • Working Lunch – Chef’s buffet selection as outlined above;
  • Conference room hire, facilities and equipment
    (if less than 12 delegates a venue hire surcharge will apply).

Cost: Half Day Package: $50.00 per person
